Phase 1: Initial Setup and Smart Contract Deployment

Objective: Establish the foundational blockchain infrastructure for Queereum.

Key Activities:

· Development and deployment of the initial smart contract on the BASE Network.

· Security audits of the smart contract to ensure robustness and safety.

Phase 2: Presale and Fundraising

Objective: Raise necessary funds to support extensive development and operational costs.

Key Activities:

· Launch a presale event to offer early investors the opportunity to purchase $QERM tokens at a discounted rate.

· Marketing campaigns to boost presale visibility and participation.

· Outcome: Capital raised during this phase will be allocated to further development, including key features and NFTs.

Phase 3: Development of Key Features and NFT Utility Integration

Objective: Build out the main features of the Queereum platform as outlined in the project proposal.

Key Activities:

· Development of Buddy , the AI-driven companion for community support.

· Creation of Queeriverse, a virtual reality space for secure and supportive interactions.

· Implementation of the Anonymity-Enhanced Queer Marketplace for secure transactions.

· Development and integration of NFTs which will be color-coded and represent different levels of governance rights within the platform.

Phase 4: Launch and Community Engagement

Objective: Officially launch the full Queereum platform and engage the LGBTQ+ community.

Key Activities:

· Roll out of the full suite of Queereum features.

· Community training sessions to educate users on leveraging the platform's features.

· Initial distribution of NFTs based on presale contributions and early support.

· Outcome: Establishment of a fully operational and community-supported ecosystem.

Phase 5: Expansion and Continuous Improvement

Objective: Expand the reach of Queereum and continuously improve the platform based on user feedback.

Key Activities:

· Global expansion efforts to include more regions and support multilingual access.

· Continuous learning and improvement of AI functionalities in QueerBuddy.

· Regular updates and enhancements to Queeriverse and the marketplace.

· Ongoing development of NFT utilities and governance features.
